All human economic activity is directly or indirectly dependent upon nature, and the goods and services generated by it. We rely upon it for everything that we consume, produce, and inhabit.
Nature Asset Management works collaboratively with organisations and individuals across sectors to enable regenerative and circular investment into the natural environment, the businesses that operate across it, and the value chains that run through it. We are specialists in the design and development of end-to-end origination, valuation and asset management platforms governing investments into natural capital, natural infrastructure, the rural and agricultural economy and the sustainable management of natural resources.
We work across asset classes at a range of scales, and to a range of mandates combining different environmental, social and financial objectives. We can operate on a thematic, geographic, or sector-specific basis enabling investment into specific regions, land uses, value chains, and business models to reduce risk, increase resilience, and realise sustainable returns alongside enduring positive impact.
Across a number of markets, the global economy is in the early stages of a transition to a more circular and considered model of production and consumption. The basis upon which land is managed and valued - and upon which the products of the natural environment are grown, managed, procured, generated, harvested, extracted, processed, used and disposed of - is evolving. Providing asset owners, asset managers, allocators and other institutional investors with a critical analysis of nature-based investments and their management teams, including investments into both nature-based projects and companies operating in the natural capital value chain.

The design and operationalisation of asset and portfolio management platforms governing the origination, valuation, structuring, execution, management and disposal of nature-based investments and natural resources supply chains.
This includes the design and delivery of scalable, auditable and repeatable processes and frameworks governing the management of risk, reporting, cashflows, budgets, administration, sign-off and operations at the level of individual assets and multi-asset portfolios.

Enabling corporates, investors and asset owners to improve the nature, climate and social impact of their existing supply chains and portfolios by investing into the ecosystems on which these supply chains depend, or by taking compliance-related procurement in-house.
This can include investments which enhance biodiversity, increase soil health and/or remove carbon from the atmosphere, and can replace offsetting programmes.

Enabling investment into nature-based solutions to climate change, biodiversity loss, and other material social and environmental risks, including nature-based carbon removal and storage.
This includes investment into woodland creation, agroforestry, the rural economy and regenerative agriculture, peatland, fen, mangrove and other wetland restoration, paludiculture, natural flood management, river restoration and water quality improvement programmes, and projects designed to enhance or increase specific forms of biodiversity.

The optimisation of sector-specific supply chains for nature-based goods and services, including the conservation and land management sector, food and nutrition, textiles, consumer discretionary products and construction materials.

Enabling investment into truly sustainable and circular models of forestry, delivering long-term returns whilst optimising for biodiversity and carbon removal.
Includes the provision of end-to-end forestry investment services covering deal-flow and origination, valuation, structuring, execution, management, reporting, and disposal.

Turnkey services for asset owners, landowners, developers, local authorities, conservation charities, SMEs and corporate developers enabling the delivery of off-site Biodiversity Net Gain projects, Biodiversity Units and habitat bank portfolios.
This includes the origination, structuring, valuation, execution and management of projects governed under s106 or Conservation Covenant.

Enabling targeted and/or strategic investment into the natural environment in a specific region, state, local authority area, city, farm, estate, or landscape.
This includes the optimisation of whole-farm and whole-estate business models, and the enabling of regional decarbonisation, adaptation and resilience through the design and delivery of hybrid green and grey infrastructure investment programmes.
